Chevrolet will keep Impala Limited until 2016

With the launch of the all-new Chevrolet Impala the automaker was expected to stop producing the older Impala Limited next year. Chevrolet has now announced that it will keep the fleet Impala Limited available until 2016.

Fleet sales were about the only place the old Impala was popular. By extending the availability for the Impala Limited through 2016 it will be around for about two years longer than expected.

The Impala Limited has been in service since 2006. The Limited version will only be available for sale to rental operators, corporate, and government buyers.
