Dodge Unveils Scat Package Stage Kits at SEMA

Dodge has announced new performance packages for owners of certain Dodge vehicles including the 2014 Challenger, Charger, and Dart. The packages include the Scat Package 1, 2, and 3 available for all three vehicles.

The packages for the Challenger promise a "significant" horsepower boost by adding things like cold air intakes, cat back exhaust system, and a new performance calibrated engine controller. The 2 and 3 packages at things like new camshafts with the third package adding ported cylinder heads and more. Dodge is offering no details on pricing or power increase.

The same kits are available for the Charger offering similar parts and similar power gains although Dodge still doesn't specifically say what those gains are. The Dart Scat Package 1 gets a cold air intake, short throw shifter, and new brake pads. Package 2 escort are within engine calibration and package 3 adds new brakes and more. There's no indication when these packages will be available.
