If you have been playing the lottery constantly in hopes of winning the loot to buy yourself a new Ferrari LaFerrari, you are out of luck. NBC News reports that the last LaFerrari has now been sold. The cars cost a cool $1.4 million each. Ferrari promised to make 499 units and apparently, they are all gone.

"This car is going to be the benchmark of the auto industry," said Marco Mattiacci, the president and CEO of Ferrari North America. "The combination of incredible design, Italian heritage, make this car the hottest car in the world right now."

Ferrari had earmarked only 120 LaFerrari models for the US. Like most high-end Ferrari automobiles, the LaFerrari is expected to go up in value as time passes.
