Consumer Reports hates on MyFord Touch

MyFord Touch still fails

Ford has been producing a system for its cars called MyFord Touch for a while that it hoped would make it easier to control the infotainment system inside the vehicle without taking your eyes off the road. It turns out the system did exactly opposite that for many people. Particularly in Ford vehicles that lacked physical controls to go along with the virtual touchscreen controls.

Ford has been trying to update the system to make it easier to use and less cumbersome. Apparently at least in the 2013 Taurus, the system still doesn't work that well. Consumer Reports is slamming the system again.
