Audi Unveils Sweet RS 6 Avant

A wagon that really hauls ass!

It's hard for me to think of a station wagon as anything more than a people mover. I mostly blame that on the 70s era wagon my aunt had for that fact. The new and thoroughly badass Audi RS 6 Avant is a wagon of a completely different type. This beast of the car packs a twin turbo V8 engine.

That engine produces 560 hp between 5700 RPM and 6700 RPM. It also produces over 516 pound-foot of torque between 1750 RPM and 5500 RPMs. The car has a top speed of up to 189 mph when properly equipped.

The incredibly powerful V-8 is able to push the car to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds. The Audi also has a full-time all-wheel drive system and plenty of room for people and stuff. This is a seriously high-performance car capable of being driven each day with no fuss. Pricing and availability for the car are unknown at this time.
